Duties of a Customer Service Representative
- Fulfill Customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction
- Process Service Requests
- Proven Track Record in Customer Service
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate Empathy
- Adapt well with fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Provide personable and outgoing customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls from customers and internal departments
- Make outbound calls to book and confirm upcoming or past appointments
- Adhere to company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
- Provide fast and friendly customer service for internal and external interactions
- Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
- Other assigned duties as directed by management
- Manage or assist in management of client maintenance agreements
- Contact clients to discuss current and future specials or offers
- Write social media or blog posts in regards to the services offered
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding products and services
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfill customer needs
Job Requirements of a Customer Service Representative
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of standard procedures in mechanical services preferred
- Familiarity with internet and social media trends preferred
