Duties of a Customer Service Representative

  • Fulfill Customer needs to ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Process Service Requests

  • Provide personable and outgoing customer service
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and internal departments
  • Make outbound calls to book and confirm upcoming or past appointments
  • Adhere to company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
  • Provide fast and friendly customer service for internal and external interactions
  • Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
  • Other assigned duties as directed by management
  • Manage or assist in management of client maintenance agreements
  • Contact clients to discuss current and future specials or offers
  • Write social media or blog posts in regards to the services offered
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding products and services
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfill customer needs

Job Requirements of a Customer Service Representative

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of customer service experience
  • Knowledge of standard procedures in mechanical services preferred
  • Familiarity with internet and social media trends preferred
